They have incredible holdings of the greatest vineyards in the region, all planted by the family themselves over the past hundred years. Jean Paul and Benoit Droin are even older, they have producing wines in Chablis for over four centuries! They work very traditionally with older oak for maturing their wines, giving them a fuller and richer style.
