Easter Eggs Back in Stock!

To celebrate Easter, winemaker Tony Bish is sending us a lovely Golden Egg. A unique Hawkes Bay Wine, it’s extreme softness and elegance are due to an egg-shaped concrete fermenter – the only one in use in NZ.

As winemaker at Sacred Hill, Tony is a recognised master of the Chardonnay genre, and the Golden Egg is a side project. But the Tony Bish label doesn’t stop there – the Tony Bish ‘Skeetfield’ is, on the contrary, a massive and fully oaked wine that is among the country’s biggest and best Chardonnays, while the Summertime from Gisborne and the Hawkes Bay ‘Fat and Sassy’ are the super stylish entry level from this Chardonnay specialist.
