For over 210 years the Henriot family has symbolised an innovative approach and has remained independent. This chardonnay dominant Champagne house incorporates an exceptionally high proportion of Premiers and Grands Crus in its cuvées, which come from the best Chardonnay parcels. Fallet Dart is a small grower champagne producer. The Fallet family comes from a long line of winegrowers that can be traced back to 1610. From 1985 to 2016, Daniel and Gérard Fallet with Francine and Dominique, their respective wives, made the family business prosper.
