Natural / Low Sulphur

These wines that identify as 'natural' are made by extremely low-intervention methods. This approach typically begins with organic or biodynamic grape-growing (not always certified) and is distinguished from 'ordinary' organic or biodynamic wines by a stricter philosophy that avoids all unnecessary additives and stylistic manipulation. This usually means an indigenous yeast fermentation in neutral vessels (steel or concrete), followed by bottling unfined and unfiltered with zero or extremely minimal preservatives added. Natural Wine is not recommended for aging, and the unique styles mean we can't assist with returns or refunds for quality issues on these products.
