A seriously good Pinot Noir sourced from old vines from a single vineyard on Central Otago's premium sub-zone of Felton Road, Bannockburn. After harvest this gorgeous fruit was vinified and bottled at a famous winery in North Canterbury, where it was given 18 months to mature in barrel. Lucky for us, we have secured a portion of this classy and elegant wine for a special Caro's cleanskin release. Sorry to say we grabbed as much as we could but it won't be enough so don't muck around. Stocks are limited!
