Single Vineyard White Burgundy - Tues 10th June

Burgundy is the spiritual and qualitative home of Chardonnay. Over recent years prices here have gone ballistic due to international demand, we can hardly keep them in stock. Tonight we will be looking at eight stunning single vineyard examples from opposite ends of the region.

We start in the South with two single plot wines from different villages in Mâcon. The next two are both Premier Cru sites from the most famous of them all, Pouilly-Fuissé. Then we move to the extreme north of Burgundy, in the famous region of Chablis. Here we will try four different Premier Cru rated vineyards from two of the greatest producers in the area.  

All the wines are from 2023, an excellent white Burgundy vintage. It had it all great quality, large volume, and superb ripeness, all paired with lively, racy acidity. Don't miss trying these gorgeous Chardonnay. We will be tasting;
