What The Critics Say
95/100 and Outstanding, Cameron Douglas MS (2020 vintage)
"Complex and very sophisticated bouquet with aromas of fresh apricot and red apple, peach and lees complexity. There’s a fine layer of wood spices and white smoke. Silk cream texture as the wine engages the palate then contrasting impact from acidity and oak, barrel-fermentation flavours with a toasty leesy complexity and fruit flavours that mirror the nose. Complex and seamless, very youthful, primary and curious. A lovely example, well made and ready for drinking from early 2022 through 2029+." Drink 2022 - 2029+
94/100 Bob Campbell MW (2019 vintage)
"Moderately concentrated chardonnay with grapefruit, struck flint, mineral, hazelnut and subtle brioche characters supported by mouth-watering acidity. A stylish wine with development potential."
