Olga Raffault works in the exciting area of Chinon, known for lighter-bodied reds based entirely on the highly refined variety of Cabernet Franc. These unique wines are made in a finely structured elegant style, resulting in gently complex reds that can be sniffed and swirled, or lightly chilled down to quaff at a barbeque.
