"Attractively aromatic, dry and delicate rosé with watermelon, summer fruits and a suggestion of red rose petal flavours. A very appealing wine with an ethereal texture and refreshing finish. 8/11/2018." Drink 2018 - 2021

"Bright, light cerise-pink with slight purple hues and some depth, paler on the edge. The nose is elegantly concentrated with deep and well-packed aromas of fragrant red cherry and berry fruit interwoven with bright red florals and an amalgam of fresh fermentation esters of confectionary with piquant, mouthwatering herbs. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has a rounded but concentrated heart of vibrant, aromatic red cherry fruit with red florals and notes of fermentation esters, along with nuances of herbs. The mouthfeel is softly mouthwatering and the palate flows along a fine-textured line with integrated acidity, leading to a gently lingering finish. Serve as an aperitif, with antipasto and tapas over the next 2 years. Hand-picked fruit, 100% Pinot Noir from the estate, given overnight skin contact, WBP and fermented in stainless-steel to 13.5% alc. and 3.7 g/L RS."
