"Zesty aromas of crushed thyme, bay leaf and eucalyptus ride over a spiced cranberry and plum core. This is light and easy on the palate, giving juicy red fruit and soft, polished tannins. Integrated acidity is the main driver here, but it plays well with the fruit and spice elements, never seeming out of place."

"Negroamaro grapes from 25 year old vines, planted on clay and slit soils, are carefully vinified for 6 months in stainless tanks to enhance the unique features of this variety. The wine is rested in bottle for 6 months before release. Deep ruby in colour with rich aromas of blackcurrant, cassis, smoky graphite, and dried rose petals. The lively palate is full of juicy berries and plum, soft tannins and a dash of acidity tying everything together. The perfect accompaniment for barbequed meats or a strong flavoured cheese like stilton or cheddar. Great value at its price point."
