What The Critics Say
17.5/20 Raymond Chan
(2015)"Bright, purple-hued pink colour with some depth. The nose is full and up-front with deep aromas of strawberries and raspberries along with lifted fermentation esters, red florals and confectionary. The aromatics show good volume and reveal subtle, mouthwatering herbal nuances with aeration. Dryish to taste and medium-bodied, the fruit is gently sweet and luscious with succulent flavours of strawberries, raspberries and fruit pastille confectionary featuring. Red floral and esters add to the aromatic lift, and the wine is harmonious in flow, with bright, lively acidity enhancing the energy. The palate follows a smooth line leading to a moderately sustained finish with confectionary, florals and herbs. This is an up-front, harmonious dryish rosé with flavours of red berries and confectionary. Match with tapas and dim sum over the next 2 years. 100% Pinot Noir, given overnight skin contact, WBP and fermented in stainless-steel to 13.0% alc. and 5.5 g/L RS. 17.5+/20 Aug 2015 RRP $25.00"
