Andrea Felici is an extremely quality-focused winery. They only produce wines from the Verdicchio grape. They consider it to be the world's finest white wine grape and treat it accordingly. All grapes are hand harvested into small baskets, the wine is fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve aromatics, with three months aging on yeast lees adding texture and body. Their 'Pietragrigia' is benchmark Verdicchio, medium-bodied, easy-drinking with soft citrus fruit, a bright minerality and classic almond notes. Beautiful summer drinking.
