Seresin Estate
A class producer who also follow organic production methods. All this fruit is sourced from the Seresin Estate vineyard and is selected from both the upper and lower terraces. Their philosophy and stylistic direction with Chardonnay is to focus on the textural element of the palate rather than emphasising primary fruit characters. The wine was fermented in French oak utilising only indigenous yeasts. "It is typically a finely balanced, full- bodied and complex wine with good mouthfeel, ripe melon/ citrus characters shinig through, subtle toasty oak and fresh acidity." M.Cooper

"One of the regions most sophisticated, subtle and satisfying Sauvignons." M.Cooper. Seresin use indigenous yeast, barrel-fermentation, and extended lees contact to contribute complexity, texture, and integration.
