2010 Terra Vitis Cotes du Rhone

This is a little beauty and tremendous value from a small quality focused cooperative whose growers ( and they are the co-op owners ) have superb vineyards. Terra Vitis is a sustainable, minimal intervention farming discipline in the Rhone, half way to organic viticulture, practiced by five members of this small co-operative. This has Carignan and Mourvèdre in the blend along with Grenache, so is more black-fruited, and has a little more stuffing than many of the lighter Cotes du Rhones. Excellent value Rhone Red
