Normally $25. Made using 'the traditional techniques of Chablis', the 2011 vintage is a cracker. "“This vineyard is located right on the Pacific Ocean and whenever you visit you can smell the briney ocean scents. The new spin is to take fantastic Chardonnay grapes from this cool vineyard, pick them when the flavours are fresh and alive, and make the wine as if we were making Chablis, fresh, citrusy with a long paper-like/nutty texture and not much oak and always a hint of the sea.
