"Bright straw-yellow colour, pale on rim. This has a very tight, shy and delicate nose slowly revealing citrus and white stonefruit aromas along with nuances of nutty oak and flint. The nose exudes finesse. Medium-bodied, the flavours are restrained, with subtle and intricate citrus fruit, grilled nuts and steely mineral notes all interwoven with lovely harmony. The palate possesses a firm core that drives the line, but the mouthfeel is very smooth texturally. Gentle acidity carries the fruit to a dry, oak-spiced finish that is long and lingering.
