Five stars and Top Ten in the Cuisine Riesling Tasting. Also it was voted a 'Best Buy' - excellent buying, quality riesling. Off a single vineyard with restricted yields, these grapes were hand-picked and whole bunch pressed to retain integrity. The wine was stop fermented at 10 percent alcohol, leaving residual sweetness that is finely balanced with the bright acidity. Aromas of floral orange blossom, apricot, lime, and some minerals. The palate is vivacious in the mouth with abundant sweetness, fresh citric flavours and a lingering, fruity finish - sublime stuff.
