From 20 year old, low cropped, hand picked vines and cropped at a miserly 6 tonnes per hectre. 100% Mendoza clone. Fully fermented and lees aged in French oak barrels ( 30% new ) and 50% went through a softening malolactic fermentation. It's a powerful wine with ripe, peachy, toasty flavours, good complexity and a creamy, rounded finish."
