From on eof the most famous names in German Riesling comes his stunning 2009 Kabinett. "A touch of the spontaneous-fermentation aroma, quinine tonic too. Very fresh and lively, but by no means a lightweight. Great concentration of citrus fruit, orange and grapefruit. Crunchy and zesty, with a dusty minerally coating, shows great intensity and length.
